ERICA PARK – Office Manager

From a young age, I have always enjoyed helping others. But the moment when I decided on this career path was when my grandmother was hospitalized following a major hip replacement surgery. I spent several months taking care of her as well as other patients who shared the same hospital room. From that experience I realized that I enjoyed assisting in the rehabilitation process of others. I went on to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of Alberta before joining Renew as Office Manager.

Building unique relationships with each of my individual patients and getting to know them on a personal level is one of the things that I appreciate most working at Renew. I am passionate about helping people to the best of my ability, and I wish to provide my clients a positive experience in all aspects – from welcoming patients as soon as they arrive to ensuring their appointments go smoothly and everything is set up properly.

What’s your favourite band/music?

My favourite musical group is Blackpink – all their songs gets me feeling super confident and I love how empowering their music is.

What’s your favourite activity?

I enjoy playing badminton but I love watching soccer! When the Korean national team plays I stay up all night watching.

What’s your favourite movie?

I usually enjoy romantic films but the first two John Wick films made me love action movies!

What is your fave food?
